The aim of this E-Learning course is to enable the learner to provide appraisals through effective communication and reviews.

Learners are to undertake an online assessment.

On successful completion of the course learners will be qualified to:

Recognise the benefits of effective appraisals.
Understand how to tailor the appraisal process to suit your organisation and management style.
Demonstrate how to manage performance.
Establish appraisal style.
Identify different approaches to appraisals.
Give and recieve feedback.
