Course Aims
The aim of this E-Learning course is to provide the learner with the skills and techniques to interview and then hire with confidence.
Learners are to undertake an online assessment.
Course Content
On successful completion of the course learners will be qualified to:
- Write a job description and person specification.
- Evaluate CVs, application forms and their covering letters.
- Define Behavioural based and Competency based interviewing.
- Understand observation skills.
- Demonstrate effective note taking.
