The aim of this E-Learning course is to ensure the learner has the knowledge and understanding to be able to communicate with their clients through a range of different methods.

Learners are to undertake an online assessment.

On successful completion of the course learners will be qualified to:

  • Define communication.
  • Explain the different methods of communication.
  • Describe the concept and process of effective listening.
  • Explain the purpose of record keeping and how this should be completed.
