Course Aims
The aim of this E-Learning course is to ensure the learner has the knowledge and understanding to be able to communicate with their clients through a range of different methods.
Learners are to undertake an online assessment.
Course Content
On successful completion of the course learners will be qualified to:
- Define communication.
- Explain the different methods of communication.
- Describe the concept and process of effective listening.
- Explain the purpose of record keeping and how this should be completed.
